About the instructor
Tamir Druz, Managing Director of Capra Energy Group, helps leading global gas and LNG marketing & trading firms, exporters and consumers to price, structure and negotiate long-term LNG contracts, and to implement leading-edge LNG trading and risk management analytics, systems and processes. He is also the Chief Analyst for fuel-IT, which provides global gas/LNG fundamental analysis and data.
Before founding Capra Energy, Tamir helped to build and manage the energy marketing and trading businesses at Exelon Power Team and Barclays Capital, and the energy risk consulting practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Towers Perrin Risk Capital.
Tamir earned an MBA in Finance, with Distinction, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Chemical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the Cooper Union School of Engineering.
