About the instructor
Tamir Druz, Managing Director of Capra Energy Group, helps international energy producers, consumers and intermediaries to structure transactions, manage portfolio risk and implement state-of-the-art capabilities for natural gas, LNG and carbon emissions. He is also Chief Analyst for CapraViewTM, which provides global gas/LNG market analysis, price forecasts and data.
Before founding Capra Energy, Tamir helped to build and manage the energy marketing and trading businesses at Exelon Power Team and Barclays Capital, and the commodities risk consulting practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Towers Perrin Risk Capital.
He earned an MBA in Finance, with Distinction, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Chemical Engineering, summa cum laude, from the Cooper Union School of Engineering.
